DKT Philippines began as a foundation in 1991, built on a simple belief: every Filipino deserves access to family planning. There were no sales targets or revenue goals, just a commitment to helping people make informed decisions about their bodies, health, and well-being.

Today, DKT is commercially known as TRUST, which is the leading provider of contraceptives in the Philippines and a social enterprise at the forefront of sexual and reproductive health and rights in the country. Every product, program, and partnership we build is rooted in the same purpose we started with: creating meaningful social impact by making quality family planning and reproductive health more accessible to every Filipino.

Our profits are reinvested into advancing our mission and expanding access to family planning across the Philippines. Purchasing and using 108 condoms (15 per month) supports one man’s vasectomy, providing long-term contraceptive protection. Meanwhile, purchasing and using 103 TRUST, LADY, DAPHNE, CHARLIZE, or ALTHEA oral contraceptive pills, or 54 injectables, supports one woman’s bilateral tubal ligation (BTL), helping provide a long-term family planning option.

But our commitment goes beyond permanent methods. Through our programs, we provide free access to a full range of family planning services, including condoms, pills, injectables, IUDs, implants, and counseling, particularly for underserved, vulnerable, and remote communities. In this way, we help ensure that every Filipino has access to the method that’s right for them and that no one is left behind.

We take this commitment even further through our SODEX Mobile Clinic, the first of its kind in the Philippines. Traveling across Luzon, it brings vital reproductive health services directly to underserved communities, helping more Filipinos access free, essential care and the family planning choices they deserve.

In 2026, we brought this mission even farther—to the island communities of BARMM. We launched the SODEX Floating Clinic, Hiraya, bringing free, quality family planning services closer to communities that are difficult to reach by land. These include long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) such as TRUST IUDs and two-rod Levoplant implants, as well as temporary methods like condoms, injectables, and pills, alongside reproductive health counseling.

As part of its commitment to advancing youth sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) education, DKT Philippines works with various youth and community-focused organizations to strengthen SRHR advocacy and education. One such partnership was with PANTAY through Project ACCESS, a student-led initiative that equips young leaders with knowledge and skills in peer education, capacity-building, and advocacy.

Through these partnerships, DKT Philippines supports young people in becoming informed advocates who can promote reproductive health and rights within their schools, communities, and digital spaces.

Maligayang pagdating sa TRUST.ph! Ang aming ai-Thea ay pinalakas ng Artificial Intelligence (AI) at idinisenyo upang magbigay ng pangkalahatang impormasyon sa kalusugan ng reproduktibo. Mangyaring maingat na basahin ang sumusunod na disclaimer bago makipag-ugnayan sa ai-Thea:

  1. Kalikasan ng Impormasyon
    Ang ai-Thea ay nagbibigay ng pangkalahatang impormasyon at gabay sa kalusugan ng reproduktibo batay sa iyong input. Hindi nito pinapalitan ang propesyonal na medikal na payo, diagnosis, o paggamot.
